Your Role
As a Home Care Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes by:
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Carrying out wellbeing checks
Following care plans and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)
Friendly, compassionate and reliable attitude
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends
Willingness to undergo background checks
Driver or walker
If you are a driver, you must hold a full driving licence, have your own vehicle, and hold (or be willing to obtain) Class 1 Business Insurance.
