Additionally, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

- A relevant educational or teaching assistant qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.

- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting, preferably in a similar support role.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.

- A patient, empathetic, and encouraging demeanor, able to build positive relationships with students and their families.
