Summary

About the role
You will work with a friendly and supportive team of professionals who will help you develop your skills and knowledge in complex care. You will also have the opportunity to build a trusting and respectful relationship with the people that we support and their families, who are very hands-on and helpful.
A Registered Nurse will support competency assessment and ongoing supervision.
Benefits for the Role
Excellent rates of pay: Wake nights- £14.00 per hour.
Night shifts are 22:00 to 07:00

Skills and Qualifications required for the role
To be successful in this role, you will need to be kind, caring, and patient. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible and positive attitude. You will need to have good attention to detail and observation skills, and be able to recognise when the gentleman is in pain or needs assistance. You will need to have some experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs, or be willing to undergo training and supervision.
You will also need to work every other weekend as part of your rota..
