Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in order to support the development and expansion of the Company. The fulfilment of the role will help the Hanawata London to identify strategic business needs, analyse performance data, and develop recommendations to enhance the customer experience and support sustainable growth.

- Review the company's functions, objectives, and operational needs to develop strategic recommendations that support informed business decisions.

- Analyse and assess business challenges across strategy, policy, organisational structure, operational processes, service delivery, and market positioning.

- Select suitable data collection techniques and research methods to evaluate restaurant performance, customer behaviour, emerging market trends, and growth opportunities.

- Analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to develop evidence based recommendations and practical solutions that support brand growth and continuous improvement.

- Provide management with strategic insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen the Company’s market position.
