Summary

To lead the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service, ensuring a consistent, professional and legally compliant service that supports staff to remain healthy, safe and well at work. The role provides expert occupational health advice to staff, managers and senior leaders, works in close partnership with HR and other relevant services to support an integrated approach to staff wellbeing, leads the development of occupational health policy and practice, and ensures the service is responsive to organisational needs.
