I'm a chatty and creative 33-year-old woman looking for a organised, friendly, female Personal Assistant to help me enjoy life and thrive.

I love being out in nature and enjoy visits to places like Southwick Country Park, I'm also very creative and am currently writing a book.

Support will include personal care and helping me get ready for the day, resetting the home after busy family mornings, supporting me to go shopping, assisting me in the kitchen to prep meals and batch cook along with other household tasks such as housework and administration.

I'd love someone who is caring, light-hearted, enjoys the outdoors, would enjoy a walk and chat, but can also encourage and work along side me to reset, rebuild and adapt to my new life.

Experience of supporting people with dissociative or convulsive seizures is desirable.

Duties include:

- Medication prompting/administering

- Personal grooming

- Moving and handling

- Clinical tasks

- Other relevant duties as required

- Administration

- Housekeeping

- Shopping

- Cooking

- Transportation

- Companionship

- Dressing / undressing

- Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the workplace

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest and cheerful

- Creative

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Must be comfortable with pets

- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

- Happy to work in a smoking environment

- Prescription for medical cannabis – Vape form

- 3 cats in property
