Summary

Location: Peterborough – Fully Office Based

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 On-Call Shift: Monday to Friday, 05:30 – 15:30 (Every other week)

Requirements: Valid UK Driving Licence is essential. Polish language skills are a strong advantage.

In this role, you will be the engine of our temporary recruitment process. You will manage high-volume shift fulfillment, lead candidate onboarding, and ensure 100% compliance. Key Duties

Candidate Sourcing: Source, register, and interview industrial workers (warehouse operatives, pickers, packers, and forklift drivers) to build a strong standby pool.

Shift Management: Coordinate daily shift rotas, manage high-volume client requirements, and arrange rapid replacements for last-minute worker drop-outs.

Compliance & Onboarding: Conduct strict Right-to-Work (RTW) checks, verify IDs, check certifications (e.g., FLT licences), and run compliant registration days.

On-Call Operations: Take charge of the morning on-call phone every other week from 05:30 am to handle urgent client requirements and worker check-ins.

Field Visits: Use your driving licence to visit client sites, conduct morning worker check-ins, run site inductions, and build relationships with shift supervisors.
