TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Success Coach to work alongside our SEND team and play a key role in supporting learners to thrive, both academically and personally. This is a rewarding opportunity to empower learners, build confidence, and help them overcome challenges so they can achieve their goals and progress towards a successful future.

As a Success Coach, you will work closely with learners, tutors, support staff and families to provide tailored guidance, encouragement and practical support throughout the learner journey. You'll build strong, trusted relationships, identify barriers to learning, and work collaboratively to create positive solutions that enable learners to engage, progress and succeed.

About the person

You will have experience supporting learners with additional needs and a strong understanding of the challenges they may face throughout their educational journey. With a patient, caring and empathetic approach, you'll be able to build positive relationships that inspire confidence, encourage independence and promote success.

You'll be an excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with learners, colleagues, parents and external professionals to provide effective support and achieve positive outcomes. Highly organised and proactive, you'll be confident prioritising your workload and responding to the individual needs of learners in a supportive and inclusive way.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about making a difference, championing inclusion, and empowering learners to succeed both in education and beyond.
