Summary
Deputy Manager for a therapeutic children's home required ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a therapeutic children's residential home supporting young people with SEMH and trauma-related needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a Registered Manager role.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* 2–3 years' experience in a children's residential home
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 or working towards is desirable)
* Experience supporting children with SEMH, trauma and challenging behaviours
* Strong leadership, communication and record-keeping skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Able to work the required shift pattern
What We Offer
* £18.00–£21.00 per hour
* £60 per sleep-in
* Full-time permanent role
* Career progression to Registered Manager
