Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Business Analyst and Management Consultant to:
• Analyse current IT business processes and performance metrics, identifying
opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Lead and counsel on software‑delivery projects, working closely with senior
managers and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and change‑management activities
across an evolving suite of services and applications.

DELIVERY ACTIVITIES AND OUTPUTS
• Business Analysis & Financial Insight
o Perform comprehensive analysis of sales revenue, profit margins, and cost
structures.
o Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) assessments
tied to project budgets and billing cycles.
o Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior
management and clients.
• Software Project Management & Consulting
o Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring adherence to
timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
o Provide expert consultancy on solution design, technology selection, and
process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
o Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, senior leaders, and client
representatives.
o Prepare and present clear, data‑driven status reports, risk assessments, and
performance dashboards.
• Execution & Progress Tracking
o Monitor day‑to‑day project activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement
corrective actions promptly.
o Maintain accurate project documentation, including issue logs, change
requests, and deliverable records.
• Project Planning & Scope Management
o Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with
stakeholders.
o Develop detailed work plans, resource schedules, and milestone calendars;
ensure scope changes are evaluated and approved through formal change‑
control processes.
