Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated EYFS team from

September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children during the most important stage of their learning and development, helping them build the confidence, independence and essential skills they'll carry throughout their education.

Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners and teachers, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment where every child can flourish.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help children achieve key developmental milestones.

• Encourage the development of early literacy, numeracy, communication and language skills.

• Promote confidence, independence, positive behaviour and social development.

• Help prepare exciting learning resources and maintain an engaging classroom environment.

• Support observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and parents to ensure every child receives the support they need.
