Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity | September 2026 Start

Salary: £500 - £560 per week (£100–£115 per day)

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.

• Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

• Help deliver engaging, inclusive learning activities alongside the class teacher.

• Adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.

• Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.

• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need.

What We're Looking For

• A graduate with a

2:1 degree or above.

• A

passion for supporting children and young people.

• Excellent

communication and

interpersonal skills.

Patience, resilience and a

positive attitude.

• A

desire to build a long-term career within education or child development.

The right to work in the UK - Full Time

Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential—we're looking for graduates with the right attitude, empathy and enthusiasm to learn.
