Summary

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable HGV Class 2 / Cat C driver for planned set runs with regular customers. This is an organised driving role, not random heavy multi-drop work.

Working days:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Wednesday off every week.

Hours:

• Monday: 09:30–16:00

• Tuesday: 09:30–17:50

• Thursday: 09:30–16:00

• Friday: 09:30–16:00

Finish times can vary depending on route and traffic.

Pay:

• £17.00 per hour

• Minimum guaranteed pay of £136.50 per working day

• If you finish early, the full daily guarantee is still paid

• Weekly pay for 4 days is normally at least £546.00

Work:

Mostly local/regional Central Belt runs with regular customers. Occasional longer same-day run may be required, details discussed at interview.

Vehicle:

Take-home truck may be available, subject to approval and suitable secure parking. Business use only.

Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 / Cat C licence

• Driver CPC

• Digital tachograph card

• Reliable and professional attitude
