Are you passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their goals?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Fitness & Lettings Officer to support the smooth running of our on-site fitness facilities and community lettings across Maritime Academy and The Rochester Grammar School.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing Thinking Fitness provision. You will play a key role in ensuring our facilities are welcoming, safe and well maintained, while supporting both our students and community users.

Personal Trainers can also use our gyms for one-on-one sessions, and those with class qualifications have opportunities to lead group exercise classes

We can offer either a full time or part time contract, providing flexibility to suit your availability and lifestyle.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold or be working towards a Level 2 Fitness Qualification.

• Have a genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.

• Be confident engaging with a range of people and providing excellent customer service.

• Be organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.

• Be a team player with a flexible approach, including occasional evening or weekend work to support lettings.
