Summary

Receptionist - Part Time 14 hrs every weekend - 9am - 4pm

Devonshire House - Plymouth - PL6 7JW

£12.71 Per Hr

We are on the hunt in Plymouth for an experienced Receptionist.

Duties and responsibilities are,

Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages

Answering door and greeting visitors

Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail

Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting

Franking Mail

Other Admin Functions as Required

Occasional Trips to Post Office

Making Beverages for the Team
