As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs in classroom and specialist settings
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver effective interventions

- Coaching or similar child-focused roles
