Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for greater flexibility without stepping away from the classroom? Cover People are partnering with a number of well-established secondary schools throughout Oldham to recruit skilled English Teachers for day-to-day and short-term cover assignments.
These opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy working in different school settings, building their experience, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive learning environments, and ensuring students remain engaged and on track with their learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
- The ability to teach engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- A flexible and professional approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
