Summary
Home Helpers Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd is looking for an experienced Operations & Cleaning Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our growing cleaning business across Gloucestershire.
This is a hands-on role combining cleaning, supervising teams, quality inspections and customer service. You'll work closely with the Managing Director to ensure our commercial, domestic and holiday let clients receive an excellent service.
Duties include:
Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites.
Carrying out quality inspections and customer visits.
Training and mentoring new cleaners.
Covering cleaning shifts when required.
Managing daily schedules and staff attendance.
Communicating with customers and resolving issues.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
Maintaining cleaning standards across all contracts.
Reporting to the Managing Director on operational performance.
A company laptop and mobile phone are provided.
