Summary

Quality & Compliance Business Partner

Wales & South West of England

If you want to use your skills to improve quality, influence positive change and help services consistently deliver safe, person-centred care, this could be the role for you. Radis Community Care is looking for a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our small, dedicated team.

The role

You’ll be at the heart of our mission to support people to live independently at home, making sure every service delivers safe, person-centred care. In this role, you will:

  • Carry out Mock Inspections against CIW and CQC standards.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to operational managers on Welsh legislation, regulations and CIW expectations.

  • Lead post-inspection action plans, driving improvements and helping services aim for Outstanding.

  • Support and coordinate registrations for services and managers with both CIW and CQC.
  • Provide practical support and guidance to Operational Teams on quality and compliance.
  •

    Travel

This role is focused on services across Wales and the South West of England, but as part of a national team you may sometimes support in other regions. The role involves regular travel — giving you the chance to see different services, meet diverse teams, and experience real variety in your work. Some overnight stays will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

    About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

    • A Health & Social Care background with strong working knowledge of CIW regulations and inspection methodology (essential).

    • Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards (desirable).

    • Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.

    • Confidence in developing, implementing and monitoring SMART improvement plans.

    • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Flexibility and enthusiasm for regular travel across Wales and the South West.

Above all, you’ll need a genuine passion for quality and compliance - this isn’t a desk job, it’s a role where you’ll be out in services, working with teams, and driving real improvement.

      What we offer

      • Salary + mileage allowance.
      • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

  • Pension scheme.
  • Structured induction and CPD support.
  • Recommend-a-friend bonus scheme.
  •
