Personal Assistant (Employed or Self-Employed)We are seeking a reliable, caring and compassionate Personal Assistant to support an individual with personal care and wellbeing tasks in their home.Location: Morpeth

Rate of Pay: £14.67 per hour

Hours: 3 hours per week (30-minute visits)

Working Pattern

Evening support is required Monday to Saturday.

About the Role

This role involves assisting with a straightforward foot care and wellbeing routine. Duties include gently filing the feet before treatment, preparing a bowl of water, supporting the individual to soak their feet for 10 to 15 minutes, drying the feet and applying cream. Special socks will be provided and should be put on following the treatment.

You will also be responsible for emptying and cleaning the bowl after use, as well as carrying out a brief wellbeing check during each visit.Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care support
Assist with a prescribed foot care and wellbeing routine
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Carry out a brief welfare and wellbeing check
Promote dignity, respect and independence at all times

Skills and Experience Required

Awareness of personal assistant guidance and responsibilities
Understanding of safeguarding principles
A caring and professional approach
Ability to work independently and follow a set routine
