Vehicle Technician

A great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a modern, well‑equipped workshop offering strong earnings, manufacturer training and long‑term career development. This role suits a Vehicle Technician who enjoys complex fault‑finding, EV work and delivering high‑quality repairs in a professional, process‑driven environment.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

- Carry out advanced diagnostic, warranty and repair work across a wide range of vehicles.

- Complete EV and hybrid tasks (if qualified), plus hydraulic and safety‑critical repairs.

- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve difficult faults efficiently.

- Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.

- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and manufacturer process.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Vehicle Technician with:

- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) and a recognised diagnostic qualification.

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic (brand‑qualified applicants also considered).

- Strong teamwork, communication and attention to detail.

- A proactive, organised approach suited to a busy workshop environment.

- A desire to progress — ongoing manufacturer training provided to keep you ahead of EV and emerging technologies.
