Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a stunning country hotel near Ashbourne, Derbyshire — a multi-concept venue offering brasserie dining, fine dining, private dining and high-end banqueting. This is a genuinely exciting place to work and grow.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll join a friendly, well-organised kitchen brigade working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Your day-to-day duties will include managing your section through prep and service, maintaining consistently high food standards, and cooking with fresh, quality ingredients throughout. Every service is a chance to shine.

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic, skilled with fresh ingredients, and keen to keep learning and developing. You’ll bring a positive attitude, good section management skills, and a genuine passion for quality food.

Live-in accommodation is available, or the role suits candidates based near Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby.
