Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat to vehicles to precise industry standards

- Preparing vehicle surfaces to ensure flawless paint application

- Maintaining and calibrating painting equipment for optimal performance

- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations

- Completing work within specified deadlines while upholding high standards of workmanship

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality finishes

- Efficient organiser capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines

- Excellent communication skills and team player mentality

- Full driving licence preferred but not essential

- Knowledge of current painting techniques and protocols
