Duties of a Sales Manager:

- Oversee and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and dealership targets

- Manage daily sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share

- Provide training, coaching, and support to sales executives and apprentices

- Regularly report sales performance and progress to senior management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements of a Sales Manager:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Professional within the motor trade or automotive sales environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities

- Demonstrable track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets

- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

- Full UK driving licence
