Duties of a Aftersales Manager:

- Lead and develop a large, high-performing aftersales team

- Manage day-to-day operations of the vehicle service and parts departments to optimise customer satisfaction

- Ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity, maximising labour sales and parts revenue

- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies

- Support and motivate colleagues to meet departmental targets

- Support business growth by implementing continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure accurate reporting and management of departmental KPIs

- Maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers

- Support the dealership’s commitment to quality and customer loyalty

Requirements of a Aftersales Manager:

- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a medium-to-large franchise dealership

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

- Demonstrable success in managing operational processes and achieving business targets

- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

- IT literacy and familiarity with workshop management systems

- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points

- Ability to commute within a reasonable distance of Swindon
