We are looking to recruit a dedicated Children's Home Support Worker on a long-term basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right Children's Home Support Worker. The successful Children's Home Support Worker will support children and young people of various ages with a range of additional needs including Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism and ADHD, helping to create a safe, structured and positive living environment while promoting independence, wellbeing and personal development.
The successful Children's Home Support Worker will have:
- Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or the willingness to work towards it
- Experience working within a children's residential setting or supporting children and young people with additional needs
- Experience supporting children with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism and ADHD
- A caring, patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process
- CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel
- Market leading rates of pay
