As our commercial division continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Commercial Manager to help expand our commercial client portfolio and develop long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
*Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facilities managers, local authorities, schools, hotels, offices, and commercial organisations.
*Prepare quotations, tenders, and contract proposals.
*Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
*Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process from enquiry to contract award.
*Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
*Monitor contract performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
*Develop strategies to increase commercial revenue and market presence.
*Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer communications.
