We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work on both temporary and permanent contracts starting in September. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain focused and engaged throughout the school day.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- QTS, ECT status, or be a confident UQT with relevant classroom experience
- Experience working within a secondary school environment
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process
- CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel
- Market leading rates of pay
