This role is at the forefront of helping the Health Board improve workforce productivity, sustainability and value, ensuring resources are used effectively to support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Leading a portfolio of specialist teams, the successful candidate will champion a data-driven approach to workforce decision-making, transforming information into actionable insight that supports strategic planning, operational performance and organisational improvement.
