What you will bring to the role Criteria: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification Be eligible for full registration with & hold a current licence to practise from, the GMC at intended start date Eligibility to work in the UK Advanced life support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council or equivalent by intended start date Applicants have undertaken undergraduate medical training in English or achieved IELTS or OET Is up to date & fit to practise safely & is aware of own training needs 48 months' experience after full GMC registration or equivalent Evidence of achievement of IMT competencies in Respiratory Medicine Recognition of & ability to undertake the initial management of an acutely ill patient Evidence that career progression is consistent with personal circumstances Demonstrates understanding of research, including awareness of ethical issues Demonstrates understanding of the basic principles of audit, clinical risk management, evidence based practice, patient safety & clinical quality improvement initiatives Demonstrates knowledge of evidence-informed practice Evidence of involvement in an audit project or quality improvement project (Desirable) Evidence of interest in & experience of teaching (Desirable) Demonstrable interest in & understanding of Cystic Fibrosis Please see the attached job description for further information about this vacancy.
