Summary

As an autonomous practitioner undertake independent consultations with clients, including assessing, monitoring and evaluating individual client's contraceptive and sexual health needs including referral to other Health Professionals required. Issue methods of contraception according to Patient Group Directions & clinical protocols Provide STI screening and treatment according to Patient Group directions & clinical protocols. Encouraging partners attendance and treatment when necessary. Provide advice and cytology screening as appropriate, according to local policies. To take responsibility for the smooth running of the day to day management of the sexual health service.
