Experience in social care is desirable but not essential
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalised support plans.
Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the person’s goals and aspirations.
