Summary

Rent Income Assistant needed in West London

This is a temporary role and the rate is £18.30ph PAYE

The reference number is: 5302137

The successful candidate will deliver a confident, efficient and empathetic service to residents, providing clear information on rent accounts, resolving low‑level arrears and managing sensitive conversations with professionalism.

They will support the Rent Income Team through strong administrative skills, accurate data handling, effective use of technology and timely routing of enquiries. They will demonstrate sound knowledge of rent processes, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to ensure residents receive a seamless, respectful and high‑quality experience.
