Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12hr shifts 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00 rotating

Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ossett. This is a fantastic
temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects, immediate starts and the chance to join a friendly, supportive team.
The Role
As a General Operative, you'll be working within a busy manufacturing environment, helping produce high-quality tiling products while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of tiling products
- Manual handling of up to 25kg
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
- Handling materials and supporting the production process
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling and physical work
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible to work the rotating shift pattern
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Friday working
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
