Summary

An exciting vacancy is available as a Lead Girls Rugby Coach in the Sports department at Cardiff and the Vale College. This post will be based at the Cardiff International Sports Campus and other sites.

Job Purpose

To support the Head of Rugby in planning, coordinating, and delivering the rugby performance programme, including coaching girls’ academy players, fostering a player‑centred environment, leading recruitment activities, developing players and coaches, delivering performance analysis, and ensuring consistent communication and standards across the programme. *Please note that this is a fixed term contract starting from July 2026 until 25th March 2027
