Summary
Personal Assistant to support a 13 year old girl living with her family in Gelli. She has Global Developmental Delay, she was diagnosed with Cerebella Hypoplasia in Nov'14 from a MRI [cerebellum in her brain is smaller than usual]. PA to support at home & within the local community to engage in activities. 3 hours per week term time 6 hours non term time, £16.00 per hour, mileage & expenses. Female PA due to personal care.
