Substantive
Part time - 22 hours per week
Band 3 - Salary Range £29,103 - £31,409 per annum (pro rata) plus
Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum (pro rata)
An opportunity has arisen to join our Patient Focused Booking (PFB) team within the Medical Records Department as a part-time clerical officer. The post is responsible for processing referrals from Primary to Secondary Care, booking outpatient appointments and other general clerical duties.
Applicants should have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and possess excellent communication and customer care skills. We are also looking for an individual who is motivated, well organised, has good attention to detail and can work effectively to deadlines.
