Job Description:
We have an amazing position available to join our Award-Winning family run home care agency 'Quality Life UK'. We specialise in offering bespoke and extremely person centred Live – In, Block Hour Day Care and Night Care.
We have a wonderful, lively, and exciting office management team and we’re looking for someone to come and join us and make a real difference. Ideally this role would suit a current Care Support Assistant wanting to make that step up into management and grow within a supportive and very personal business.
Job description:
Location: Kegworth (village in between Loughborough and Derby) DE74 2ED
Salary: £ 24,000 Full time per annum.
Hours: Office hours are 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday and applications are welcome from those looking for full or part time hours.
Duties
· Support with general office administration duties and working closely with the care managers
· Support with rota management systems
· Support with Care Planning and reviews
· Support Care Managers with all paperwork
· Ability to support clients when sickness and emergency cover if needed.
· Willingness to participate in an on-call rota system, 1 week in every 5. Perk: The following Friday afternoon off in lieu (12pm finish)
Candidate Qualities
· Extremely organised
· Excellent telephone manner
· Good communication skills
· To have good written skills
· Basic IT skills
· To be self-motivated
· Ability to work under pressure
· Hard working, reliable, dependable, committed
· A passion for caring for others
· Care experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
· Must be a driver
