Summary
Ecolite Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking a Domestic Retrofit Project Manager to manage the operational delivery of residential energy-efficiency projects, including insulation, boilers, heat pumps and central-heating installations. The successful candidate will coordinate installers, surveyors, subcontractors, materials and customer access to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Main duties include:
• Plan and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of domestic retrofit projects, including insulation, boilers, heat pumps and central-heating installations.
• Allocate tasks and brief installers, surveyors and subcontractors on project requirements, schedules, safety standards and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and customer access to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor project progress, installation quality and health and safety compliance, taking corrective action where necessary.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, defects and operational issues, including arranging inspections and coordinating remedial works.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide management reports on progress, completion status, outstanding works, risks and team performance.
Skills and Education:
• Relevant experience in Business Management, Project Management or a related field
• Strong operational planning, workforce coordination and task-allocation skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, risks and changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of project reporting, record keeping, health and safety, and quality-control procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or project-management systems.
