Summary

The Outcome and Progression Coordinator is responsible for monitoring learner progression and capturing destination outcomes following completion of education, employability and skills programmes. Accurate destination tracking is essential to demonstrate programme impact, support contract performance, ensure funding compliance and provide evidence for external audit.
