Are you a compliance specialist with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in Facilities Management?

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a driven and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. Serving as a vital link between statutory assurance and operational delivery, you will work closely with Health & Safety teams, Contract Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure full regulatory and technical compliance across our sites.

Administration & Reporting: Maintain statutory compliance records, certifications, and CAFM data. Track remedial actions, clear legacy backlogs, and produce actionable compliance reports for senior leadership.

Risk & Health & Safety: Support Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) initiatives, coordinate the Permit to Work process, assist with incident investigations, and drive continuous risk mitigation.

Quality Assurance: Conduct independent compliance and ISO audits, uncover recurring risk trends, and champion continuous process improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to gather compliance evidence, resolve documentation issues, and facilitate monthly compliance reviews.
