Summary

Loading Shovel Operator – Recycling & Waste Facility

Leicester (LE4)

£16.00 per hour

Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 4:30pm

Immediate Start Available

We're currently recruiting an experienced Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy recycling and waste management facility in Leicester (LE4).

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with consistent hours and a great team environment.

The Role:

. Operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently around the site.

. Loading waste and recyclable materials into hoppers, bays, containers and processing equipment.

. Moving, stockpiling and segregating materials within the yard.

. Feeding processing lines to ensure continuous production.

. Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks, reporting any defects.

. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

. Following all site health & safety procedures and traffic management rules.

. Assisting with general site duties and labouring tasks when required.

. Supporting production targets while maintaining high safety standards.

. £16.00 per hour.

. Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends.

. Ongoing, full-time work.
