Summary
• Deliver a smooth and effective patient engagement service by liaising professionally with patients on the waiting list.
• Act as a key point of contact for patients experiencing long waits.
• Manage EPR to ensure all patient contact is recorded promptly and accurately.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in DrDoctor.
• Maintain spreadsheets to ensure activity is up to date, accurate, and easily shared.
• Main contact for patients and clinical teams
