Summary

Citizens Advice in West Sussex (CAWS) is seeking an experienced and empathetic Welfare Benefits and Debt Adviser to support injured veterans and their families as part of an Armed Forces Covenant Fund Family Focused Project, delivered in partnership with the GP Federation.

Working remotely, you will provide specialist welfare benefits and debt advice to people affected by physical injury, disability, mental ill health, and service-related trauma. Taking a holistic and trauma-informed approach, you will help clients understand their rights, maximise income, address debt issues, and improve their financial wellbeing.
