Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals, directing them as needed or taking messages. Manage administrative queries and requests, acting as a key link between patients and clinicians. Schedule, cancel, and rearrange appointments efficiently using the clinical system. Provide essential support to clinicians, ensuring smooth daily operations. Process medical report requests and handle related fees. Maintain a clean and organised reception and waiting area.
