Aftersales Manager - Salford

Salary – Up to £47,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car Scheme, OTE 70.5k DOE & Qualifications

Days – Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm

Aftersales Manager Role:

- You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.

- Smooth and efficient running of the service department

- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets

- Drive customer service

- Monitoring KPIs

- Driving the team, support and training

Aftersales Manager Requirements:

- Must have atleast 2+ years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager

- Main dealership experience

- Strong Management & Interpersonal skills

- Full UK driving license
