Duties of the Warranty Administrator position include:

- Managing warranty claims and ensuring accurate administration

- Processing warranty paperwork promptly and meticulously

- Liaising with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues efficiently

- Maintaining comprehensive warranty records and documentation

- Supporting the service team with additional administrative tasks as required

- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures

Requirements for the Warranty Administrator role:

- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar function within the motor trade

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Knowledge of warranty procedures and manufacturer guidelines is desirable
