Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a respected main dealership in Leicester, Leicestershire. Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Welcome customers and effectively identify their servicing and repair needs

- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage the customer journey from initial contact through to vehicle collection

- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

- Explain required work, prepare quotations, and obtain customer authorisation

- Liaise closely with Workshop Controllers and Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth workflow

- Process service documentation accurately and maintain comprehensive records

- Promote additional products and services where appropriate

- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for customers

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience is essential

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude

- Confident in using dealership computer systems and administrative processes

- Full UK Driving Licence
