Summary
Nurses looking for an exciting challenge and a wealth of opportunities are encouraged to join our current nursing workforce who continually go above and beyond to ensure the Trust delivers outstanding patient care.
H4 is a busy ward that cares for emergency surgical patients predominantly from urology and gynaecology, but can also take from specialties including General Surgery and Orthopaedics.
Applications are welcomed from experienced and newly qualified nurses.
You will embrace the challenge of working in a highly diverse environment, committed to becoming the safest organisation in the NHS. You will be registered with the NMC and have experience of working in a hospital environment
You will be able to:-
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Deliver high standards of personalized, patient centered care
• Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients and their relatives
Desirable qualities and skills
• Experience in Surgical nursing
