Summary

Co-Ordinator – Enhanced Housing Managementand play a key role in supporting our Enhanced Housing Management Team.

You'll provide co-ordination and administrative support across a range of property and resident-related activities.From responding to resident enquiries and maintaining accurate records to raising repair orders and supporting live cases, you'll help keep services running smoothly and ensure residents receive a responsive, well-managed service.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working collaboratively with both customers and colleagues.Experience in housing would be an advantage, but strong administration, communication and problem-solving skills are just as important.

A Basic DBS check is required for this role.

More About You

  • Experience of providing support to vulnerable individuals or diverse client groups
  • Experience in an administrative or co-ordination role, ideally within housing or a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Experience providing a high standard of customer service
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to analyse information and identify trends or areas for improvement
  • A proactive approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*–C)
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of housing and/or welfare benefits would be advantageous
